    The "Free No Sweat Intro" is a consultation where we sit down with you, talk about your goals, any previous injuries, and past experience, then decide on a program that works best for your lifestyle. No workouts, no pressure—just a conversation to get you started on the right path.

  • What makes Movement Theory Fitness Club different from other gyms?

    We believe in a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on achieving real, sustainable results. We offer a variety of programs, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you reach your full potential, all in a more private setting.

  • What are your hours?

    We’re open 24/7 for members—train anytime that fits your schedule. Our staff hours vary so appointments are needed, but you’ll always have secure access to the gym as a member.

  • What types of programs do you offer?

    We offer 24/7 Access, 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, and a 2-week program that focuses on the fundamentals of lifting correctly and efficiently.



  • Do I need to have prior experience to join a class or training program?

    Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our trainers will provide modifications and guidance to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.

  • Do you work with people who have injuries or health conditions?

    Yes. Our trainers work closely with our partners next door at Movement Theory Physical Therapy and Wellness, allowing us to provide safe modifications, injury prevention, and recovery support. However, we do encourage you to speak with your doctor before starting any new fitness program.

  • Do you have showers and locker rooms?

    Yes! We have two bathrooms with showers and free day-use lockers available for all members.

  • Do you offer programs for kids or teens?
